ISO 37001:2016, on Management Systems for the Prevention of Corruption, defines requirements and provides guidance for the design of a management system to help an organisation prevent, track and deal with corruption, as well as to comply with laws on preventing and fighting corruption.
The requirements of the standard are generic and designed to be applicable to all organizations regardless of the type, size and nature of the activity, whether in the public, private or non-profit sectors.
Within the scope of this standard, activities are offered to accompany certification and consultancy for the implementation and verification of processes and support in the execution of Due Diligence exercises, as required by the requirements of the standard.
